Ideally, Ms. Binder consults in person with you or your organizational representative. However, when a direct meeting is not possible, she can arrange to handle your project by FAX, mail or phone.
At the time of the initial consultation, the form and style appropriate to the specific subject and situation will be determined, and arrangements will be made for the client to receive the finished work.

Generally, fees and time lines are quoted over the telephone. In some cases, the client’s draft or notes must be reviewed before a firm estimate can be provided.
An advance payment is requested at the first meeting, with balance due on completion of the work contracted. With projects requiring longer than a few hours’ time commitment, progressive payments ensure priority status.
